My creative practice is rooted in a lifelong love for Mother Nature, shaped by the rugged mountains, forests, and wild waters of North Central Appalachia. Growing up surrounded by the landscape of Ohiopyle, PA, and now creating from the hills of West Virginia, I design real and abstract views of nature.  

I am an avid hiker, biker, and paddler - movement outside is as meditative as my daily yoga practice. I discovered this same feeling when painting on canvas. It’s the beauty of layered color and the feeling of freedom that painting and Mother Nature both provide. 

Using quick-drying acrylics allows me to build layers of color and clean shapes that reflect the natural environment. The fluid strokes of painting provide a sense of freedom and letting go. 

Ultimately, my art serves as an invitation to step outside, appreciate the raw beauty of our surroundings, and find wellness through an active connection to the wild.
